While at Harvard University, Jeff Barcy’s activities included being a member of the Varsity Wrestling Team. Prior to that, in high school, he was co-captain of his wrestling team.
In high school he went undefeated during his regular senior season. He achieved more than 100 wins during his high school wrestling career. This included a trip to the Nationals in the State of Iowa. At Harvard University, he competed at the NCAA level on the university’s varsity wrestling team.
